I can also work in the US and Canada, where I have lived for several years.Recent credits include series Development for various UK and US production companies, and format-shaping and show-running the launch of the Netflix glassblowing hit, Blown Away.I have several UK, US and Candian TV and Digital awards for my work.​I work for hire through my creative consulting company, Fact & Friction Inc.I am is a juror for the International Emmys. ​ I have a "Best Reality Series" Screen Award from the Academy of Cinema & Television, for launching Canada's Next Top Model.  I am a double nominee in the "Best Writing in a Reality Series" category.  A series I was invited to reformat and rewrite, as Creative Executive, "Emergency," was nominated for a 2016 screen award in the "Best Factual Program or Series" category.  The series is currently available on Netflix. In 2018, I was awarded An America Telly for branded digital content. ​ I helped devise the format for, and Executive Produce the launch of, the International Emmy nominated "The Apartment" - Asia's first-ever home reno competition series for Sony. ​ Credits include Show Running  the fixed-rig reality hit "The People's Couch." (Gogglebox in the UK.). It was one of four All3Media formats I have launched in Canada. ​ I helped with the launch of the follow-doc series "Employable Me," which won the Diversity Award for Unscripted programming at MipCom 2017 in Cannes, France.I series produced 40 episodes of "Undercover Boss," which have screened across Canada and the US, and the business competition series "Be The Boss."As a former Supervising Producer for Warner Brothers, I have worked with the likes of Sharon Osbourne, Judge Mathis, Tyra Banks, Jay Manuel, Jenny Jones, Jay-Z and Rihanna.My television career began with Britain's Two Four, researching and producing Ruth Langsford's "The West at Work," which won a Harold Wincott/Financial Times Award for Best Business Program. ​ I was part of the producer team to collect a Royal TV Society Award for "Christmas with the Royal Navy," which featured emotional reunions and surprises, live from London.
