Highly creative Natural History Assistant Producer with a proven ability to tell in-depth and complex stories in a dramatic but entertaining way. With a BSc in Biology and an MA in Wildlife Filmmaking, I have comprehensive experience of sourcing and developing stories for Chimp Empire, The Americas, and True to Nature. I directed on location at Underdog Films and Blakeway. I have demonstrated strong organisational and planning skills, shown in my setting up of shoots whilst at True to Nature, including for OZT Goes Wild in Britain. I have in-depth knowledge and experience of filming wildlife, including 17 weeks on location in Uganda, and I produced and filmed The Grumble Bee, a short children’s film. My long held interest in wildlife and thirst for observing species in their natural surroundings has seen me travel to locations including Borneo, Zambia and Fiji. Ultimately, my passion is to build on my existing skills in order to continue crafting and developing strong narratives which compel audiences to engage and think differently about the world around them.
