Read MoreI have worked as an historical research consultant in Ireland since being awared my PhD in 1998. Between 1998 and 2005 I worked as the senior historical consultant for Eneclann (Ltd) Ireland and in 2005 co-founded, together with Nicola Morris, Timeline Research Ltd. This company specialises in historical and genealogical research and as such I/it have been responsible for the Irish based research on the Who-do-You Think You Are UK? from series 3 to the present and the Irish and US Who do You Think You Are? from series 1 to the present, working as the historical reseach consultants for the production companies Wall-to-Wall, ShedMedia and Big Mountain. Timeline was also credited by RTE (Ireland) on the hit television programmes, the Genealogy Roadshow and Where was your Ancestor in the Famine? As the programme researcher, I, either as Timeline or as Nicola Morris, have been credited on many Who do You Think Your Are? in the UK, US and in Ireland. As per the BBC research credit policy, Timeline has shared the research credit with Wall-to-Wall's in-house researchers as well as the other production companies I have worked for. Timeline's website, www.timeline.ie, provides details for some of of the credits it has received in the UK, Ireland and the US.
