Nicola is a fantastic PD - I employed her for an Observational Documentary Project, under very challenging circumstances. But on the short time, working with her, she absolutely shone; she was wonderful with the contributors, excellent at controlling the narrative and produced absolutely beautiful rushes, which needed to fulfil a very specific brief. I would be confident in saying Nicola would be an asset to any production.
