I'm a Trauma Informed Welfare Producer with over 20 years' experience working across unscripted entertainment, factual, reality and branded content. My background in talent booking and casting has given me extensive experience supporting contributors, celebrities and production teams in high-pressure environments - from large-scale studio shows and reality formats to live broadcasts and talent-led campaigns.

Over the years, I've become increasingly interested in the human side of production: what helps people feel safe, prepared, emotionally supported and able to do their best work on screen. Alongside my work in television, I am currently in training toward a PGDip in Integrative Counselling & Coaching at the UEL.

That training has strengthened and deepened the welfare lens I bring to productions, contributor care and talent management. I'm particularly interested in psychologically informed welfare work within television, supporting productions to balance strong editorial ambition with thoughtful, ethical contributor care.

Alongside welfare work, I continue to work selectively across talent projects where there is strong alignment in values, relationships and creative approach. Read Less
