Ed is great. Whether it's a big show in which he needs to coordinate various departments and elements, or a smaller thing that he just needs to magically make happen, he will do so, and with a smile. Runs a happy team. Great scripts, great with talent, great at thinking ahead to spot potential problems before they happen. Strong ideas - he's accustomed to coming up with stuff really quickly and will always think "yeah that's good... but how about we make it better by doing this instead/as well." I've worked with him lots of times and hope to do so again soon.
