A hard-working Producer and Director with a broad range of editorial experience across many genres. I can quickly identify, develop and shoot actuality in sensitive environments, as well as produce those requiring big setups and strong contributors, and am happy working alongside talent and crew at any level. I have excellent communication skills, and quickly gain the trust of various experts. Importantly, I’m able to remain very calm under pressure, and in challenging situations.Technically, I enjoy playing with the 'toys'. I shoot to a high standard and am always looking for a creative frame to help tell the story and add on-screen production value. Equally, I've enjoyed directing crews, and working collaboratively with them to do the same.I own my own drone, and am a licensed commercial drone operator, with CAA certification and PfCO permissions.I have experience working across a number of channels and slots, as well as for corporate clients. However, the majority of my credits are for prime-time terrestrial programmes across BBC1, BBC2 and Channel 4, more often than not in sensitive access environments where personal skills are as much a requirement as any technical skills.
