Jake is creative, smart, detailed and a huge asset to any team. His skills as a Producer are not just limited to the content, he also has a great vision for the type of style and shots he wants and his abilities as a Director are obvious. His shot lists were well thought out and actioned. Jake built great relationships within the Story team and in addition he was well liked and respected by all of the 40+ crew. Jake essentially became my 'right hand man' on a huge eight week reality show for Network Ten. During that time Jake was responsible for coming up with the style guide for the backstories, he worked and mentored his first time Associate Producer and helped her to develop. In addition Jake was entrusted with devising the style and shooting the Profile for our talent which became the opening scene of the series. Jake coached a mentored a new member of the 'on camera talent' and helped her to develop her own style. Jake has an incredible way with people and in interviews really connects and allows contributors to feel safe and open up to him. If he wasn't living on the other side of the World, I'd have him back in a second.
