My experience covers content across most genres including reality, factual entertainment, documentary, current affairs and consumer. Performance is at the centre of all my work and I love working with teams to get the best creative outcome. I trained in news and qualified as a journalist at ITN. I’m swift to the heartbeat of a story and like to develop storylines into entertaining and informative television. I have overseen and structured new shows. For ITV I developed and launched The Martin Lewis Money Show, first as SP then as Series Editor overseeing five series, one hour specials and its evolution into a series of live events. I developed Katie Price - My Crazy Life for Quest Red as their first original commission. Series One, which I series produced, achieved the highest ever viewing figures and audience share for the channel. Series Two, which I executive produced, beat those figures again. I was a Commissioner on the start team of The One Show and oversaw all of the current affairs and topical VT output from idea to edit sign off for its first two years on air. With my roots in news and current affairs I am confident dealing with complex legal and welfare requirements and working with legal teams to deliver compliant programmes. Read Less
