I help content teams transform raw concepts into structured, market-leading pitches and podcasts. With 15 years in the industry, my focus is on the full development lifecycle. I leverage trend research to create high-impact formats, cast the right talent, and build the production teams necessary for scale. As we approach the pivotal shifts of 2026, I provide the strategic framework for shows to succeed across both audio and video-first platforms. I specialise in the Entertainment sector, guiding teams through the technical and creative transitions required to innovate in a highly competitive market.

From 2020 - 2025 I was Head of Production and most recently Head of Entertainment at the leading podcast company Chalk + Blade where I oversaw some of the biggest titles in British podcasting including the BBC flagship TV Companion series Obsessed With..., Global's Theatre of Crime and Audible's Katherine Ryan's Christmas Intervention. I have extensive experience in video podcasting too as our Obsessed With... series was the first BBC podcast to be broadcast on TV.
