Having spent many years working with emerging young talent in the Film & Television Production Industry, I've developed a considerable amount of experience at being able to spot when a potential candidate has what it takes to succeed in an increasingly competitive environment. From the moment I first met and worked with Aimee I knew that she had all of that and more in bucket loads- bright, intelligent, enthusiastic, courteous, hard working, conscientious but above all else- she gets it. Aimee fully understands that in order to succeed in the industry you need to live it and you need to be it and she's more than capable of delivering that level of commitment and beyond. I was fortunate enough to work with her and I'm certain that when other people get the chance they will consider themselves equally fortunate. If Aimee doesn't make it in this industry then I don't know who will!
