I am an experienced HR and Talent Manager having worked at BBC Earth and Plimsoll Productions.As a Talent Manager, I built strong working relationships with the Management team and their Production teams to ensure the best creative talent were available and brought together to make content.My roles also involves working closely with the Development teams and attending meetings where possible in order to assess talent requirements ahead of schedule.I have recruited Talent for different platforms from giant screen, digital, TV and Virtual Reality. As well as recruiting production staff for future productions, I have developed talent relationships and built talent pools.
