I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark. He's hardworking (even digging out hidden archive gems from his loft, of an evening), has an encyclopaedic knowledge of film and television, is driven, has good attention to detail and is great at managing a budget. He was employed as the archive producer on Piers Morgan's Life Stories, however, he is also an experienced P/D and his skills shone through when he went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions. He also lifted team spirits with his great sense of humour. Recommended.
Mark is a vastly experienced and unflappable archive producer/producer who works collaboratively with his production teams to deliver on schedule and on budget while leaving no stone unturned to find the best possible content for the show. He is experienced in fair dealing, US archive and negotiating great rates. He works fast and efficiently and his record keeping is meticulous. Highly recommended.
Mark worked as an Archive Producer with me on 'That's So Last Century'. Mark is a dedicated and communicative member of the team and works well under pressure. He will always go the extra mile to ensure that the team have what they need. He is extremely experienced and has a very good relationship with all of the main archive companies. Mark directed, produced and edited numerous teaching videos. He worked in a variety of contexts both on-site in Israel and studio shots in the UK. His ability to frame a video shot in difficult settings was extremely valuable when working in Israel. He understood our needs well, and his patient directing skills helped the inexpereinced on-screen talent to deliver a stronger presentation. He delivered all the videos requested on-time and to a very high standard. We look forward to working with him again.
