I’m a Development Producer and Graphic Designer, specialising in unscripted formats.

I work across the full development process, I generate ideas, shape formats, lead and contribute to brainstorms and take projects from early concept through to pitch and packaging. I’m confident taking a brief and running with it, and thrive in hands-on, collaborative teams where ideas are challenged and refined.

I’m (unashamedly) chronically online and pride myself on being across telly, talent, and cultural chats - from telly debriefs to TikTok trends - which I see as essential to spotting fresh ideas, talent and format mechanisms.

My previous development experience includes The Garden (ITV), Monkey Kingdom (UTAS), Potato TV (ITV), Crackit Productions, Raw Cut TV, and Plimsoll Productions (ITV), and bring a practical, get-stuck-in approach, including shooting and editing taster tapes and sizzles when needed.

Strong visual thinking is central to how I work. I hold a Master’s in Design for Entertainment, which underpins my approach to pitching - a great idea can speak for itself, but killer design can make an idea 400% harder to forget (real quote, got that one from theeducatoronline.com!!). I translate ideas into clear, premium-looking decks with a strong sense of tone, layout, and channel awareness, drawing on experience designing across show titles, on-screen graphics, social assets, branding, and print.

I’m highly detail-oriented but pragmatic under pressure, and very comfortable working across PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Blender (for 3d modelling and sets). I also bring a solid production background across casting, welfare, locations, and GFX, with credits spanning entertainment, comedy, and documentary, including Cooking with the Stars (ITV), Hunted (C4), The Voice (ITV), MasterChef (BBC), The Ranganation (BBC Two), Robbie Williams (Netflix) and lots more.
