I have extensive experience of production managing high quality unscripted content and have delivered shows to UK and US broadcasters and streamers. I enjoy building teams and schedules from concept to delivery. I have a thorough understanding of risk management and where responsibilities lie and am confident in every stage of production from research, through filming, post and delivery. I am meticulous and pride myself on excellent financial, organisational and people skills. I have experience of managing multiple stakeholders at all levels and am able to think laterally to quickly deal with new challenges. I thrive on getting involved in the detail and am comfortable dealing with any crisis that may arise.

Outside of TV I use my background in media in my role as a trustee with Hostage International (http://hostageinternational.org), working alongside mental health professionals and other experts to help families and former hostages navigate their challenging experiences. Read Less
