A highly skilled Producer in the edit, in casting and on location, I have a wealth of experience across a variety of formatted docs, obs docs, reality and fact-ent series' for terrestrial and digital broadcasters, and global streaming networks. In the edit I am a skilled storyteller, adept at digging through a large volume of rushes to find the hidden gems of emotion that will engage the viewer and drive the narrative. I am a strong writer, and have experience working across multiple edits simultaneously, as well as managing the edit schedule and taking responsibility for the management of all fact-checking, legal and compliance across a series. I am confident cutting on Avid, and am experienced in edit producing remotely, and ensuring a smooth workflow between myself, an Editor also working remotely, the post-house and our Series Producer.

I am also a very experienced Casting Producer, having cast a wide range of contributors to very specific briefs, and often tight deadlines - including children, young adults with drug addictions, recent migrants to the UK, families struggling to make ends meet, and plus-size brides suffering the effects of low self-esteem. Specifically I have a lot of experience working with vulnerable contributors, and am passionate about giving them a voice. I have a strong intuition for what makes a good contributor, and am able to immediately strike up a comfortable and trusting relationship, which enables me to get the best out of them when filming for casting tapes, or for broadcast. I have a thorough understanding of all aspects of contributor welfare, and experience in writing and managing casting protocols to ensure that all duty of care, compliance and data protection procedures are followed.

I also have experience in gaining access to companies and experts, producing science (my educational background is in psychology), and producing talent.
