Miranda 'JCB' Soar - JCB because she digs until she finds an original angle and authentic voice to bring an idea to life. She was only here for a short time and of all the ideas she came up with, 2 of hers went on to become full pitches, sizzles, presentations... both featuring great talent choices. And she never once moaned at any of the terrible jokes that were made in the office (see JCB monstrosity at the top of this para).
