I’ve cast contributors for gameshows, quiz series, cookery competitions, travel shows and reality tv competitions so I’m versatile and will deliver any brief I am handed. I’m knowledgeable in all casting start-up procedures and protocols, from initial application (Short Audition, Cast-It-Reach) to recording auditions, cutting casting tapes and creating pitch documents. I have additional welfare experience, having previously worked with psychotherapists to ensure contributors mental health and well-being on a production is paramount. I've successfully managed teams both big and small and I hold a screen skills certificate in Team Management (2022). Over the last three years I have worked with some of the worlds leading social media publishers and digital media agencies (LADbible Group, Jungle Creations, Havas Play, Recipe Productions, BBH) casting a range of talent for their Branded Content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. The work included targeting through research, sourcing UGC, finding real people, actors, influencers and celebrities, dealing with agents and negotiating fees, deliverables, usage and exclusivity. The first social project I cast was for LADbible and was winner of 'Best Public Sector Social Campaign' at the 2021 Drum Social Awards. The campaign shone a light on NHS heroes, reuniting them with patients through a series of emotional interviews to help drive recruitment in the NHS during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
