Philip Wright is a screenwriter, story consultant and script editor who has worked with the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, SKY, RTE, Lime Pictures, Clapperboard, Projector Pictures and more in a variety of roles. 

Philip has 800+ industry credits across film and television in screenwriting, story consulting and script editing. His screenwriting commissions include episodes of Casualty, River City, Doctors, Fair City and many more.

Philip has several independent script projects in film and teleivison currently in optioned development. A pilot episode for a comedy-drama that Philip has under option was recently performed live at a SKY Table Read. His first feature film was funded through Screen Scotland and the script was platformed in 2025 at the Glasgow Film Festival through Funny Features.
