Currently leading the development team at DoubleAct - working directly with the MD to deliver several paid developments to UK broadcasters, US cable channels and SVODS in genres from formatted fact ent to premium doc.While Head of Development at Chimp, I lead the team to secure 2 multi-million pound commissions with Discovery (BIG) and Amazon (The Great Escapists), and secured paid developments with Animal Planet and Nat Geo. My previous experience includes non-scripted distribution and acquisitions (both formats and readymades) for Zodiak (now Banijay) and leading production on various short-form branded content pieces (for Chimp and Mayhem Productions).My work and passion is simple - to find and tell great stories. These stories come from all around the world, from different cultures and backgrounds - but they need development, funding and producing to turn into great programmes.
