I have a wealth of experience in task and games development having most recently worked on Love Island as the Senior Challenge Producer. I have had creative input in seeing task ideas through from conception to production and have experience managing Producer's, AP's, researcher's and runner's. I have also worked on live studio shows and am adept at working under pressure.As well as working on some big reality TV shows I have also worked on Development teams for Lifted Entertainment and Expectation Entertainment and am confident developing and pitching new formats and ideas as well as creating polished decks.One of my notable achievements was being picked as a finalist in the BBC Fast Formats Scheme 2013 with a factual entertainment format I developed. After my submission was successful, I was taken through to the final round where I had the opportunity to pitch my idea to BBC3’s commissioners. As well as creating a coherent pitch document and slide show, I also had to present my idea and answer questions from the commissioners.I also have a good knowledge of casting. My casting experience has predominantly been for brand new shows and development taster tapes. Read Less
