I am a multi-award-winning series director and producer delivering global documentaries of scale and cinematic ambition.

I have extensive experience and skill in premium documentary and branded content, directing high-profile on-screen talent to combine authentic and compelling performances with beautiful cinematography. 

I am an expert at working with complex logistics in remote and challenging locations, whether leading small crews covering unfolding narratives or managing advanced multi-camera stunt or challenge-based projects. My experience and contacts mean that I can deliver ambitious editorial practically anywhere. I’ve travelled to over 80 countries and filmed across five continents, directing travel, expedition and wildlife sequences in some of the most far-flung locations on the planet. From the Namib Desert and the mountains of Kyrgyzstan to the jungles of Liberia and the Amazon, I manage crew sizes from 4 to over 100 in genres ranging from natural history and expedition to big-budget entertainment and motorsport, bringing creativity, leadership and a superb work ethic to deliver standout series with visual flair. 

Cars, boats, trucks, motorbikes, mountain bikes, paragliders, waterfalls, hot-air balloons, horseback, camelback, scuba diving, in trees or caves and on cliff faces – if you can conceivably get cameras and a host there, I’ve probably shot it. I enjoy crafting my own films through the edit to delivery but am equally comfortable leading multiple edits, ensuring consistency in style and tone across a series.
