I am a diligent and trauma informed Producer / Director with over 10 years of experience in accessing and crafting stories in highly sensitive scenarios. I take pride in self-shooting observational actuality to the highest of standards and my ability to shape impactful stories, whether unfolding or retrospective. Having previously worked as a producer, I’m experienced in gaining access and maintaining trusting and transparent relationships with contributors and national organisations. I believe that when handled well, documentaries can be cathartic and empowering for their subjects and I dig deep find a sense of hope in the stories I tell - even within the most challenging circumstances.
