I am a highly organised Production Manager that is used to managing challenging budgets and schedules for both UK based and international television programmes. I am confident managing all aspects of production from the initial concept, to the running of a smooth production and ensuring timely delivery. I enjoy turning shoots around quickly and safely and can easily adapt to ever changing schedules whilst remaining a calming influence during a busy production. My experience has given me a greater understanding of complex logistics, the ability to efficiently problem solve, ensure crew can operate safely in high risk environments and be able to confidently manage cost managers and schedules.
