I'm an experienced Senior Casting Producer and pride myself on being able to effectively manage, motivate and lead casting teams of all sizes throughout even the most challenging production process. I have proven (alongside my teammates) to be consistent in delivering amazing contributors and stories to tight deadlines and sometimes very tricky briefs, but always retaining high levels of energy, organisation and morale within my casting team.

I have successfully worked on a remote basis for nearly 3 years, and this has meant I’ve been able to produce TV for companies all across the UK. I’m proudly neurodivergent and thrived during the pandemic where others struggled, realising remote working increases my productivity and efficiency, and allows me to manage my team and workload in a way that works best for me.

I have a sound knowledge of broadcast compliance and am passionate about maintaining an outstanding duty of contributor care and welfare both during and after the filming process.
