Highly experienced in self shooting, script writing, directing and casting for various productions. On several productions I have been responsible for sourcing location access, props and archive material from companies such as Getty Images, Alamy and Shutterstock.

Previously worked as a Producer on a factual entertainment series called Our Great Yorkshire Life for Channel 5. Developing, casting and setting up stories and directing shoots with contributors and talent. Worked on a variety of productions over the years, including the children's education series for BT Sports It's A Numbers Game, which was broadcast before the Premier League matches on a Saturday morning. I assisted with developing ideas for both studio and location shoots, including accessing locations, sourcing props and archive and managing several studio items/ world record challenges. I worked for over a year on The Yorkshire Vet series for Channel 5, as a Casting and Shooting Associate Producer. Several of the stories I filmed were broadcast and our team won the Yorkshire RTS Award for best Documentary in 2019.

Excellent at building a good rapport with people and maintaining those relationships throughout filming. Experienced in setting up and overseeing foreign shoots, including dealing with carnet paperwork and various customs departments. While working at the BBC I gained experience in writing risk assessments and scripts. I liaised with the legal and health and safety teams about shoot ideas to successfully and safely make them a reality. I like to think outside the box when developing solutions to problems and enjoy taking on a challenge. On Beyond Bionic I managed to source the only available specimen of a pompeii worm and arranged for it to be transported from the USA to the UK and for the team to then transport the specimen to Iceland to film the animal reveal with the presenter.

I have a successful record of working both as part of a team and independently to meet deadlines. Keen to progress and learn new skills. I am a self-starter and will approach any challenge with great determination. I have been working in the television and film industry since 2005 on various productions.
