Jack Retallack is a documentary director known for authored, cinematic storytelling that blends intimate access with striking visual style. His work spans productions for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Documentaries, the BBC, and more.

Jack's original series The Good Fight Club was officially selected for Sheffield DocFest 2023, and earned ★★★★ from The Times and Pick of the Day in The Guardian. A Broadcast ‘Hot Shot’ Director, Jack is a skilled self-shooter (see website for showreel), known for capturing and crafting complex narratives from concept to final cut.

 Currently, Jack is a Director on Netflix’s Emmy Award-winning Drive to Survive. He recently directed on TT: Life Without Limits (Amazon Prime), exec-produced by Brad Pitt, taking Episode 2 through the edit.

Previously signed as a commercials director, Jack has worked with brands like Adidas, Tesco, and the Royal Marines, and brings extensive experience directing DOPs and large crews. He is currently developing a feature-length documentary. Read Less
