Over the last twenty-one years, I have created premium unscripted television across a variety of genres including observational documentary, retrospectives, factual entertainment and presenter-led formats, contributing to almost 200 hours of broadcast programming.

Throughout my career, I have specialised in originating and delivering first-time concepts, cultivating complex access and shaping bold, thought-provoking films rooted in human-interest storytelling. Several series I helped develop and deliver — including Surgeons: At the Edge of Life — have gone on to become established returning brands.

Six separate series I have worked on at a senior level have been recognised with RTS and Grierson nominations, two Broadcast Sports nominations and a BAFTA Cymru Award.

I have extensive experience running productions from development through to delivery: hiring and managing teams, overseeing edits, steering compliance and legal processes, monitoring budgets and reporting into Executive Producers and Commissioning Editors. I am highly comfortable building and maintaining relationships with major institutions, navigating sensitive access and creating robust filming protocols — including hostile-environment guidelines — to ensure teams can work safely and effectively.

I’m a composed, creatively driven thinker with a passion for character-led, emotionally resonant storytelling. I pride myself on being a collaborative leader — bringing both strong creative vision and years of edit experience to every project I’m part of.
