As a longtime Questions AP and Question Writer with a background in journalism and secondary school English teaching, I’ve recently gained some invaluable experience as a Questions Producer.

An equal love of knowledge and entertainment has been key to my success across the board – as well as an enthusiasm for the varied ways these passions can be shaped into programmes that share them.

In TV, such projects have spanned from developing short arts film ideas for The One Show, to Questions team work on quizzes and comedy gameshows. With the latter two as a more recent focus, I’ve been fortunate to earn credits on series honoured with wins and nominations from the RTS Awards, the Broadcast Awards, the Broadcasting Press Guild Awards, and BAFTA: the fourth and fifth seasons of Richard Osman's House of Games being amongst them.

Both previous lives as a teacher, then journalist, meant I came to television as no stranger to exacting deadlines or demanding audiences. They’ve held me in good stead for over a decade in the industry – and they're hopefully set to do more of the same in the future. Read Less
