I've worked with Sophie on several occasions and always try to get her on to a project of mine. She is an absolute pleasure to work with: totally trustworthy, hard working and has a brilliant editorial head. She has story cut for me as well as been in stitches and the finishing suite. In all scenarios I can rely on her to get the absolute best from the material she has to work with. I particularly like that she goes the extra mile. In the stitch she will dig in to the rushes of stories cut by other edits to re-work and ensure that what ends up in the finished programme is the absolute best it can be. She is also great on Blackbird etc. and does very robust and focused pulls meaning she runs an efficient edit. Her deadlines are always met and her edits tend not to fall behind. I would highly recommend her.

The show can be a tricky one to make but Sophie's problem solving, entertaining writing and story telling is second to none.
