As a producer Rashid led the food team working on a brand new primetime, competitive food format. His extensive knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for all things food were invaluable. The role required attention to detail and creative problem solving, both of which he willingly embraced. He is equally at home in the office or on location and one of Rashid's key strengths is the care he takes when dealing with contributors, helping them to navigate through the often daunting process of television production.

Rashid joined my team as Food Producer, on a cooking and history series. He brought with him a genuine love of cooking and food, and an interest in and enthusiasm for the historical elements, too. Rashid came up with some fantastic recipes and ideas for content and worked closely with the Home Ec team and the on-air cooking talent. He was a fun and pleasant person to have on the team and handled the many challenges of the production with good grace. I thoroughly enjoyed working with with Rashid.
