I have experience in casting, welfare, compliance, edit producing, directing, forward planning, story and master interviews. I am happy to tackle a first series and projects in development. Confident in managing casting teams. I pride myself on finding a narrative and fast turnaround in the edit. When casting I’m able to form great relationships with contributors and talent. I conduct concise telephone and face-to-face interviews, identifying stories and their characters. I am a confident interviewer and comfortable dealing with sensitive subject matter. I’m very competent and meticulous in setting up shoots with detailed schedules and logistics from finding locations, to working on location or studio. I’m confident using databases such as E-tribes, Short Audition, Casting Crane etc. I own the popular casting Facebook & Instagram ‘The Casting Call’. Set up to work remotely.
I am proficient in keeping detailed notes for storytelling finding threads that turn into story arcs and quick to find a narrative. I'm confident in Edit Producing and sync pulling in AVID and working with multiple editors. I have experience working in studios, on location, and abroad. I am incredibly focused, committed, and diligent and I feel that I excel in high-pressure and fast-moving environments and often one step ahead. When working on location I'm particularly mindful of vulnerable people with sensitive information.
