Serena did excellent work for us on 'The Met - Policing London' 5 x 1 hr for BBC 1. Working under pressure and to tight deadlines she quickly became an invaluable part of the team. Originally she was tasked with transcribing but quickly took on archive research, before moving on to assisting on shoots, interviewing members of the public and arranging master interviews. Good with contributors, hard working and full of ideas you was an asset to the team.
