I've worked with Aileen across a few different projects, all of them bringing various challenges, and always found her brilliant to work with and able to deal with whatever is put in front of her (which at times has been a lot!). She's a great manager of teams whatever their size, editorially always on it, incredibly organised when juggling a tight schedule with multiple shooting teams /storylines / edits, and a great problem solver whenever the proverbial hits the fan. Most importantly she's also fun to work with and I look forward to working with her again.
