I’m an award-winning Director, Writer, and Producer with a rare mix of experience in both prime-time factual television (BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, Nat Geo, Discovery) and global branded content (Shell, Virgin Media, American Express, Unilever, National Trust, Ferrari). I combine the creative flair of broadcast storytelling with the precision and strategy of brand communications, giving clients the best of both worlds.
I’ve built a successful track record developing and directing factual formats and documentaries: from shaping talent-led factual entertainment (Piers Morgan On…, Slow Train Across Africa, In Search of Perfection with Heston Blumenthal) to producing and showrunning landmark series like Secret Life of Dogs and Discovery’s Big with Richard Hammond.
A key skill is getting the very best performance from those in front of the camera — whether it’s a world-famous presenter or a first-time contributor. For me, it’s all about building trust and creating the space where real stories can shine. That belief — that the best films come from real life and real people — is what drives my work.
On the branded and corporate side, highlights include Shell’s Vito engineering series, Hydrogen and Bio-LNG energy-transition campaigns, Cows Drive Trucks, Ferrari/Shell’s Formula 1 social films, and campaigns for the National Trust. These projects not only raised awareness but also delivered measurable results — from shifting perceptions around energy transition to driving engagement across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram. I’m experienced in tailoring films for social media, short-form, and digital storytelling, ensuring content connects with audiences wherever they are.
