I have just returned from a 15 month, 26 country, 17,000 mile cycling expedition from London to Tokyo, making my own film and album along the way as well as raising money for the Alzheimer's Society.I am a daring, confident and creative individual always looking for a new challenge and a fantastic eye for a story. I am a self-shooting AP with four years experience in the industry. With a range of factual television experience in production (Hunted Series 1 and 2), Inside The Met Office) and development - from shooting (Sony PMW 200, Sony PMW 300, Canon XF305, XF 105, XC10, and Go Pro) to negotiating both high profile and sensitive access to pitching to commissioners, setting up shoots, meticulous supporting research, writing treatments, finding talent, generating ideas and developing them from concept to commission.Having worked in the newspaper industry and more recently factual television, I welcome a challenge and thrive under pressure.My background is in newspaper journalism having worked freelance for The Sunday Times, The Sun, and Daily Mirror as well as press agencies in London and Liverpool, where I won a national award for my work.
