I'm currently the series producer on Big Game Night, a brand new concept that sees a unique gameshow format tied into a live NFL broadcast. As series producer I oversee the editorial, edit, VT and casting teams whilst maintaining the relationship between 5 and the NFL. The show is fast turnaround with 18 consecutive weekly live shows and I was in integral in ensuring the show turned from a concept into a returning format.
Prior to that I was the series producer for another Broadcast Sport Award shortlisted show, series 2 of Sky’s ambitious comedy entertainment show, The Overlap On Tour starring Roy Keane, Ian Wright, Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher.
VT filming took place across Europe in Turin, Istanbul, Barcelona and Rome and included a wide range of exciting and complex VTs including racing yachts at sea, 4 different in-car filming rigs (including 4 people in a vintage FIAT 500!), a 55 degree Turkish Hammam, a Michelin star restaurant, white water rafting, tandem bikes and Europe’s longest zipline.
The TV show included a live multi camera theatre recording at the Aviva Studios in Manchester and a fast turnaround edit with 4 suites running alongside each other.
The Overlap On Tour was sponsored and I was an integral part of ensuring all deliverables were met including bespoke online and social content and producing VTs designed to incorporate organic product placement.
Within the TV industry I have worked on a wide variety of shows for a range of channels and production companies, both in studio and on location, including; - Panel shows (Room 101, A League Of Their Own, 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown) - Scripted comedy (Vic and Bob's Big Night Out, My Dad Wrote A Porno) - Chat shows, (Back Of The Net) - Charity telethons (Comic Relief, Stand Up To Cancer) - Variety shows (We Are Most Amused and Amazed) - Red carpet (MTV EMAs) - Quiz shows (Al Murray's Great British Pub Quiz)
In addition to working on productions for broadcast I have a large amount of experience working on non TX pilots for Channel 4, ITV, ITV2 and BBC. My online/digital experience includes producing a weekly boxing entertainment show for DAZN and the show, House of Rugby which both included deliverables across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and a podcast.
