Hi my name is Woody,

I’ve been working in television for over 16 years, delivering creative, high-impact content across a wide range of productions for all major broadcasters and production companies.

Most recently, I was the Challenge Producer on Series 4 of the hit CBBC show Bro’s In Control for BBC Studios, where I developed and produced 28 original challenges across the series. Before that, I served as Senior Challenge Producer on Series 2 of the highly anticipated Netflix reality show Inside, hosted by The Sidemen (streaming 2025).

I also worked as Senior Challenge Producer on Love Island UK (Series 8, 9 & 10), filmed in Majorca and South Africa, where I created and delivered all of the show’s challenges.

In my role, I specialise in developing and pitching innovative, engaging ideas to executives and channel commissioners — then taking those concepts from development through to production. I lead and manage teams of producers, APs, and researchers, ensuring each idea is delivered on brief, on budget, and to the highest creative standard.

I’m known for my original thinking, hands-on leadership, and ability to deliver fresh, fun, never-before-seen ideas that connect with audiences.

I’m currently seeking my next Senior Producer opportunity.
