London-based filmmaker and recent First Class Honours graduate in Experimental Animation from London College of Communication, UAL.Her most recent film, Touch, is her graduation film and the project that best represents the kind of filmmaking she believes in. She directed, produced, costume designed, edited and animated the film, which is available on her website.Over the last few years, Valentina has gained experience across various roles on set, including Production Design, Costume Design and Production Assistance. She is currently working across different productions in London, while remaining open to opportunities to contribute to film productions across these and other areas.She is particularly interested in building experience as an Assistant Director while continuing to develop her own work as a filmmaker. She is also open to other roles on set where she can contribute her skills. Animation remains an important part of her practice, alongside directing and visual storytelling.
