Rebecca Bealing currently works as a training advisor; producing resources, delivering courses, and supporting learners in order to complete data courses including data analytics and digital product management to multiple levels as well as the neurodiversity training in her current organisation. She produces resources using Microsoft software but is also experienced in a variety of software including Adobe software as well as other free software. Her experience falls mostly into people facing responsibilities as she has experience in education, training, business analysis, and other roles relating to communication. Because of this her communication skills are excellent and she can tailor her methods to different audiences. Her other main experience is in analysis including coding. She has experience with Excel, Python, SQL, Access, and PowerBI in the context of analysis, visualisations, and reports. She has an interest in understanding why things occur and forecasting future events for the purposes of research and development, risk management, and customer management. Data analysis is an important skill to have which Rebecca is extremely aware of having worked with many people utilising data analysis in their own role. She also has a deep interest in creative sectors. She is currently teaching herself animation and has recently chosen to publicly share her art on Instagram with some of her posts reaching over 20,000 views and averaging over 1,000 views. When it comes to animation she is inspired by different styles including western cartoons, anime, and stop motion - especially British animation. Keeping art human is very important and maintaining the British creative industries is even more important to her.Other skills that she has includes 3D modelling, problem solving, time management, health and safety, and safeguarding all of which I would be happy to discuss if the role requires them.
