The past three years have greatly informed my genesis as a filmmaker, and I am now looking for entry-level positions into the Film and TV industry to develop my ambitions and creative skillset, particularly opportunities in post-production or on-set where I can apply my qualities as a problem solver and communicator.
During my time at university, I directed a graduation film, Devil’s Breath that was most notable for its fight scene and technical achievements. I navigated a budget of £9,000 and a 30+ crew, which for my first time directing meant I had to demonstrate a strong ability in communication, problem solving and resilience to ensure the main attributes of the story and characters could persist through student filmmaking restrictions. Throughout production I was able to adapt, learn quickly, and handle responsibility with composure to fully apply myself to what the role demanded, and now in looking for entry-level work into the Film and TV industry I aim to display the same dedication as during my studies.
