I am a London-based independent filmmaker and photographer working across documentary, commerical and editorial projects. 

Much of my work is with real people: interviews, observational filming and photography, and finding the useful story in situations that can't be scripted. I work directly with organisations and alongside production companies, agencies, research teams and publishers, either leading lean assignments or joining established productions as a filmmaker, cinematographer, camera operator or photographer. 

I am an experienced self-shooter and have spent years working across all sorts of cameras and I am fully comfortable taking responsibility for sound when self-shooting. 

My experience covers documentary and branded film, interviews, cinematography, self-shooting, portraiture, editorial and corporate photography, field production and narrrative editing.

I prepare carefully, work calmly with contributor, senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, and adapt quickly when the reality of a location differs from the plan.
