Having recently sold my food & drink walking tour business that I ran for seven years, I have developed strong skills in independent research, writing, organisation and communication. A significant part of my work involved researching London's history and food culture, checking information across multiple sources and turning detailed research into clear, concise and accurate content for different audiences. The business was heavily centred around the retelling of historical figures and London's history, so accuracy and attention to detail were paramount. My academic and practical training began at two London drama schools and I have completed my Raindance screenwriting certificate. My experience ranges from acting and guiding to public speaking at large events, including the Dom Perignon Revelations at the Tate Modern. Running my own business also gave me substantial experience in managing staff, coordinating corporate events, working independently and meeting important, often fixed deadlines. I have worked with major corporate clients including Google, J.P. Morgan Chase, Bloomberg, Hilton, Twinings. All of these corporate events required careful planning and a high level of professionalism. I am now looking to apply these research, organisational, communication and storytelling skills to opportunities in television and film, particularly in research, development and production.  Read Less
