I am an ex-BBC filmmaker - I worked on documentaries and factual entertainment programmes as a Producer/Director for the best part of a decade in Bristol and London. I then made artist films for museums and galleries for four years in Yorkshire. For the past five plus years I've been working as a Studio Manager for a creative studios in ManchesterI am a content producer and studio manager. I manage resources (skills and budgets), I problem solve, I love to get my hands dirty and get involved in projects.I know film, animation, photography, design and digital and have worked with many awesome people in those fields.I love people, I like the challenge of bringing different needs and personalities of a team together and facilitating collaborative working to bring the best of everyone to the final output. Happy people leads to great work.I love finding creative solutions to problems, the best way to reach the audience, efficient project management and good interpretation and storytelling.I am a creative who believes in organisation as a necessity for creativity, but I do not love spreadsheets or any kind of paperwork just for the sake of it.
