Ex-academic who is interested in science, politics, religion, and music. Throughout my academic career, I have been a fast, dynamic learner, able to transition between research areas (from psychobiology to social psychology to the sociology of religion) and publish high-quality, peer-reviewed journal articles while working well in both large and small teams. My main areas of interest were the psychology of music, the psychology of religion, and the neuroscience of social emotions.Not only am I able to learn quickly and fit into teams while performing under the strict time-contraints often imposed by the fixed-term contract nature of academia, but I have also managed to create high-quality, world-leading work that I have presented at international conferences in multiple areas I have worked in. 

Outside of my academic career, I have worked for charities, tech start-ups, and international networking associations.
