Manchester based Researcher with 11 years of experience working alongside television productions at MediaCityUK and more than 20 years of specialist food, hospitality and events experience. I'm now bringing those two worlds together, focusing on food, factual and travel television.I'm a Manchester-based food and hospitality professional moving into TV research and food production, bringing 20+ years of real-world food experience and 11 years working at MediaCityUK alongside broadcasters, production companies, talent and technical crews.During my time at MediaCityUK, I supported productions across BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Netflix, including The Voice UK, The 1% Club, Match of the Day, 8 Out of 10 Cats, BBC Breakfast, Blue Peter and Coronation Street, alongside commercial shoots for Manchester United and Adidas.My background has put me right in the middle of busy production environments working alongside researchers, production assistants, producers, directors, production managers, grips, camera and technical crews.

I've coordinated crew and talent requirements, catering, timings, green rooms, suppliers, VIP hospitality and the inevitable last minute changes that come with filming. Outside television, I've spent my career in food. I've built and run hospitality businesses, developed food concepts, managed large teams and events, and looked after everyone from production crews and celebrities to four UK Prime Ministers.I'm now bringing those two worlds together.I'm particularly interested in food, travel and factual entertainment, researching brilliant contributors, discovering emerging chefs and food creators, finding unusual restaurants and locations, researching stories and helping get food and contributors camera-ready.
