My route here has been a little unconventional, but production is always where I wanted to end up. After graduating from Durham University, I stepped in to help run an established family estate agency due to unforeseen circumstances. In hindsight, I wouldn't have had it any other way. It meant learning quickly, taking on responsibility early and getting stuck into everything from shaping a rebrand to helping navigate the sale of the business. Along the way, I developed the ability to stay calm under pressure, think on my feet and make things happen.
