I’m a London-based documentary director and self-shooter with experience across observational documentaries, commissioned series and factual production. My work has involved securing and maintaining sensitive access, developing characters and storylines, building strong relationships with contributors, shooting actuality and shaping projects from development through the edit.

I have directed independent and commissioned documentaries across subjects including medicine, elite sport and the arts, alongside production experience as a Line Producer on an HBO Max documentary series. My films have received international festival recognition and distribution, including Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival, Berlinale EFM and MUBI.

With a background in psychology, I’m particularly drawn to character-led stories and human behaviour. I shoot on Sony FX3 and Canon systems and edit in Premiere Pro, Avid and Final Cut Pro. I’m bilingual in Turkish and English, with German and Spanish, and am currently interested in AP, Story AP, development and directing roles in documentary and factual television. I hold a UK Global Talent visa with full right to work.
