Hello my name is Molly Garrett and I am an aspiring director and screenwriter. Currently entry level after completing my postgraduate degree in directing film and tv , and holding a Bachelors of Arts in acting for film, cinema has always been my drive and passion for the future. 

I have always idolised the way a set is run and created, especially having such strong skills of work ethic, organisation, and teamwork myself, I always ensure to communicate effectively and friendly as part of a team to create an amazing film and bring it to screens for everyone to see.

i also have experience as a TA for undergraduate film and acting students, helping them to understand the concept of the film industry as a whole and the function of each role and stage ( pre, production, and post). I thrive in any and every role I am provided with and always give 110% to any crew I'm a part of with the aim in  being able to do what I love 24/7. 

I am a creative and always have been, this stems from my original love for poetry as a child, I was always fascinated with short stories and portraying them. When I became an actor, I felt this was my calling card being able to show it, but on my journey throughout my time in higher education I actually found it benefitted me more writing and directing these stories, providing a fresh perspective on a new age of cinema.
