I’m a researcher, strategist and writer with nearly a decade of experience turning cultural insight, audience behaviour and complex questions into clear strategies and compelling stories. My background spans mixed-methods research, innovation, brand strategy and editorial development for global organisations. I also write The Decode, a sharp, culturally curious newsletter unpacking the shifts, signals and contradictions shaping how we live, think and behave.
